In life, there are moments when women face overwhelming uncertainty—seasons of hardship, fear, or transition that can feel isolating and disorienting.
Whether it’s receiving unexpected medical results, enduring personal loss, or navigating the emotional toll of life’s natural changes, many women face these challenges without the support they need.
I know this, because I’ve lived it.
Why SHE Was Created
As the founder of SHE, I’ve found myself deep in the endless rabbit hole at 2AM.
Searching for answers to things no one prepared me for—a mammogram abnormality, an unexpected biopsy, grieving the loss of my mother, and walking beside my sibling as they struggled through the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a child. I’ve faced the quiet, confusing transition into perimenopause and menopause, wondering if what I was feeling was normal, and wishing someone had just told me what to expect. I've lost life long friendships over political discord. SHE will provide a non judgement safe haven for ALL women.
Why don’t I know my mother’s health history? Maybe I didn’t ask enough questions. Maybe I wasn’t paying close enough attention. Or maybe… some of us grew up without a mother to ask at all. SHE exists to fill in those gaps.
The truth is, a woman’s body and heart go through countless transformations over the course of her life. From puberty to motherhood, from hormonal changes to loss and aging, we carry so much—and some often carry it in silence.
That silence ends with SHE.
SHE is an American values faith-based, women-led initiative created to be a refuge and resource for women in all walks of life. We are building a nationwide network of support, starting right here in the Garden State, that connects women to information, sisterhood, encouragement, and care. Whether you're facing a medical scare, the pain of grief, the confusion of menopause, or the weight of life’s transitions, SHE will be here to walk with you.

Work to ensure women are protected under America's Constitution
Create a network of connection, healing, and hope
Ensure no woman—especially young women—faces life’s challenges alone
